Software Engineer

Company: HomeVision processes millions of pages of documents a month for the mortgage industry, aiming to drive practical automation in this massive but antiquated sector.

Role: We are looking for an experienced software engineer to work directly with our CTO on a new product line focused on automated decision making. This role involves innovating and delivering complex features as a motivated product builder.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CTO to define and build new features for automated decision making.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions.
- Innovate on product features and technical architecture.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced software engineer with a track record of building and shipping complex features.
- Motivated product builder with a practical, ship-today mindset.
- Strong quantitative reasoning skills and an ability to apply them to drive practical automation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and directly impacting product direction.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (Remote + Onsite in San Francisco).
