We recently launched Ideogram 3.0 and Ideogram Canvas, an infinite creative board featuring tools like Magic Fill (inpainting) and Extend (outpainting), designed to enhance the iterative creative process with AI. Our founding team consists of world-renowned AI experts.

Role Description:
Ideogram is looking for talented Product Designers to shape the future of AI-powered creativity tools. You will be responsible for designing the user experience and interface for ideogram.ai, including core features and innovative tools like Ideogram Canvas, Magic Fill, and Extend. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to understand user needs, translate complex AI concepts into intuitive workflows, and create delightful, accessible, and effective design solutions that empower users to bring their creative visions to life.

Responsibilities:
*   Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.
*   Develop user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
*   Create high-fidelity mockups and design specifications for features like Ideogram Canvas, Magic Fill, and Extend.
*   Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
*   Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
*   Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system.
*   Stay informed about trends in AI, generative media, creative tools, and UI/UX design.
*   Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:
*   Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on web applications or creative tools.
*   Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
*   Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
*   Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
*   Ability to translate complex technical concepts (especially AI) into simple and intuitive user experiences.
*   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
*   Experience designing for generative AI products or creative software is a significant plus.
*   Passion for creativity, art, design, and technology.
*   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
