We focus on automating high-impact areas like payment processing, self-service tools, collections, disputes, and program setup. Our mission is to drive margin improvements through automation, collaborating closely with Operations, Product, and Engineering. Success is measured by reliability, efficiency, and key service metrics (delinquency, SLAs).

Role & Responsibilities:
As a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving technical excellence, system architecture, and team development.
* Technical Leadership: Oversee design, development, and maintenance of customer-facing mobile apps, web applications, SDKs, APIs, databases, and integrations. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate on the technical roadmap.
* Team Development & Mentorship: Mentor engineers, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and ownership. Lead by example in best practices (development, testing, deployment).
* Project & Stakeholder Management: Partner with product, finance, and compliance. Manage timelines, scope, and resources. Communicate progress and risks.
* Quality, Security & Risk Management: Enforce high standards (code quality, documentation). Oversee testing strategies. Work with security engineers on vulnerabilities.
* Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Promote experimentation and learning. Stay ahead of industry trends. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years of software engineering experience across backend and frontend (web, iOS, Android), including AI-driven solutions.
* 5+ years leading architecture, design, and scalability of complex software systems.
* 5+ years developing consumer-facing or internal tools using JavaScript, React.js, and full-stack technologies (Golang, Node.js, Java, or Python).
* Strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and project management skills.

* Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and technical leadership.
* Experience scaling a development team from 0 to 10+ engineers.
* Proven ability to build and deliver mission-critical, 24x7 production systems.

Ideal Candidate:
