Incept AI is seeking an AI Engineer to join their team solving the last mile problem in Voice AI. You will work on building neural audio processing systems, audio-processing foundation models, and agentic AI workflows focused on restaurant order-taking automation.

Company Overview: Incept AI builds cutting-edge Voice AI solutions, starting with the restaurant industry (drive-thru and phone orders). They focus on accuracy, speed, and naturalness to enhance the guest experience and provide operational efficiencies.

Role Description: This role involves applying AI/ML techniques to improve the accuracy, speed, and naturalness of their Voice AI assistant. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems for real-world applications.

Requirements: Proven software engineering experience, particularly with AI/ML applications. Experience as a generalist or back-end engineer is valuable. Previous work experience is required. Strong programming skills (likely Python) and familiarity with ML frameworks are expected.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on engineer passionate about applying AI to solve practical problems, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to both development and deployment of AI systems.

The role is fully remote within the US.
