Distributed Systems Engineer - Execution

**About The Role:** We are seeking a Distributed Systems Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling our execution engine that powers workflow orchestration for developers worldwide. This is a chance to work on high-throughput, low-latency systems that handle billions of executions monthly.

**Responsibilities:**
* Design, implement, and maintain our execution engine that handles workflow execution at scale
* Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
* Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to define technical requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
* Write clean, efficient code in Go and other relevant languages
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our technical culture

**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of experience in distributed systems engineering
* Proven track record building scalable backend systems
* Deep understanding of concurrency, distributed computing, and system architecture
* Experience with Go, Python, or similar languages
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
