Distributed Systems Engineer - Platform

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the core platform features that power our workflow execution engine. This role requires deep technical expertise in building scalable, reliable systems that serve thousands of developers.

* Design and develop platform features for our workflow execution engine
* Collaborate with architects to define system architecture and roadmaps
* Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
* Work with data teams to implement monitoring and observability solutions
* Mentor other engineers and contribute to our technical vision
* Stay at the forefront of distributed systems technology

**Requirements:**
* 7+ years of experience in distributed systems engineering
* Strong background in building scalable backend services
* Expertise in Go, Rust, or similar systems programming languages
* Experience with distributed databases and message queues
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to mentor and lead technical initiatives
