Role: Join Inngest as a Developer Success Engineer. You are on the front lines helping developers succeed with Inngest. Responsibilities include providing exceptional technical support via channels like Discord and GitHub, creating helpful content (tutorials, code examples, guides), diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues related to event-driven systems and workflows, and acting as the voice of the developer by relaying feedback to product and engineering teams.

Ideal Candidate: You have a strong technical foundation, including coding ability (TypeScript, Go, Python preferred) and a good understanding of modern web development, APIs, and backend systems. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of empathy for developers facing challenges, and a genuine passion for improving developer experience and fostering community engagement. Prior experience in a developer support, DevRel, or solutions engineering role is a plus. This is a remote US position.
