Role: Join Inngest as a Content Engineer focused on Documentation. You will own the creation, structure, and maintenance of our technical documentation, ensuring it is accurate, clear, comprehensive, and discoverable. Responsibilities include writing high-quality guides, tutorials, API references, and code examples for Inngest's platform and SDKs (TypeScript, Python, Go). You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to document new features and improve existing content based on user feedback and product evolution.

Ideal Candidate: You are an excellent technical writer with proven experience documenting complex software products or APIs for a developer audience. You have coding ability sufficient to understand concepts and create accurate code examples (familiarity with TypeScript, Go, or Python is a plus). You are passionate about creating outstanding developer experiences through clear, concise, and helpful documentation. Experience with docs-as-code workflows (e.g., Markdown, static site generators, Git) is highly desirable. This is a remote US position.
