Join iScribeHealth as a Lead .NET Backend Engineer in our Integration Team. In this role, you’ll drive the architecture and scale critical APIs that power our AI-first healthcare platform. You’ll lead development efforts to ensure our backend systems are robust, scalable, and efficient, supporting the real-time processing needs of our AI documentation tools.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in either Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA. As a technical leader, you’ll own the backend infrastructure that enables our platform to handle sensitive medical data securely and process it with high performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Architecting and implementing scalable backend services using .NET
  • Leading a team of developers in agile sprints, providing technical guidance and mentorship
  • Designing and optimizing database schemas for healthcare data
  • Ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborating with QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring
  • Working closely with product managers and clinicians to understand requirements and deliver impactful features

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven leadership experience in backend development
  • Deep expertise in .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core)
  • Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
  • Experience with SQL Server or equivalent database technologies
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and security requirements
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Passion for healthcare technology and improving clinician workflows
