QA Engineer

Join iScribeHealth as a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of our healthcare technology platform. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in testing our web and mobile applications, validating AI-generated outputs, and ensuring our features meet the highest standards before reaching our clinical users.

This full-time, hybrid position requires you to be based in either Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and clinicians to identify potential issues and improve our platform’s quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing manual and automated test cases
• Performing end-to-end testing of features and AI functionalities
• Creating and maintaining test plans and documentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address defects and prevent regressions
• Monitoring production systems for quality issues and driving resolutions
• Participating in test strategy discussions and process improvements
• Working with clinical stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions

We’re seeking a QA Engineer with:

• 2+ years of experience in manual and automated testing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Postman)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API testing
• Familiarity with healthcare applications and data standards
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Passion for quality and user experience
