**The Role: Software Engineer (In-Person, SF)**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our core AI-driven platform. You will contribute to building a product that is revolutionizing the legal tech landscape.

**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions for Ivo's AI legal assistant.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
* Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
* Work on improving the efficiency and intelligence of our contract analysis and redlining capabilities.
* Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

**Technical Skills Required:**
* Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages relevant to web development and AI (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, Ruby).
* Experience with front-end or back-end development, or full-stack capabilities.
* Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and CI/CD.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
* Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
