Jam.dev is seeking a Staff-level Fullstack Engineer to join our small, senior team. We are building an AI-powered flight recorder for web apps used by over 180,000 developers, backed by $15M from industry leaders. Our mission is to make bug reporting seamless and debugging efficient, saving engineers significant time.

We're a small, senior team (many ex-early Cloudflare) building tools for fellow builders, emphasizing craft, user feedback, and shipping impactful features.

Role & Responsibilities:
As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting and building core features of Jam. You will work across our stack (React/Typescript/MobX on the frontend, Node/GraphQL on the backend) to deliver highly performant and reliable features. You'll contribute significantly to the product direction, as your own usage of Jam will directly inform its evolution. You will collaborate closely with a senior team of engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and rapid iteration.

Technical Skills Required:
- Extensive experience building highly performant front-end applications.
- Deep expertise in React and Typescript.
- Proficiency with state management libraries (we use MobX State Tree).
- Strong understanding of Node.js and GraphQL for backend development.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications.
- Familiarity with browser internals, performance optimization techniques, and debugging tools.
