The company focuses on making engineering more productive with a small, senior team (many ex-early Cloudflare), building tools for builders.

We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our small, senior team. You will be building our AI-powered flight recorder for web apps, helping make bug reports debuggable with features like console logs, network requests, and websocket debugging.

Responsibilities include building highly performant front-end applications using React/Typescript/MobX (MST) and contributing to our Node/GraphQL backend services. As a dev tool company, developers at Jam are directly connected and involved with the product, and your usage of Jam will directly influence its future.

Ideal candidates are experienced staff-level engineers with deep expertise in building highly performant front-end apps and strong skills across the full stack.

Technical skills required: Typescript, React, MobX (MST), Node.js, GraphQL. Experience with performance optimization is crucial.
