Jam.dev is a dev tools company with over 200,000 users, building an AI-powered flight recorder for web apps to help engineers debug issues 80% faster. They have $15M in funding from prominent investors like the CEOs of Vercel, GitHub, and Cloudflare. The company focuses on making engineering more productive with a small, senior team (many ex-early Cloudflare), building tools for builders. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our users and customers get the maximum value from Jam. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, building strong relationships, understanding their needs and workflows, providing strategic guidance, and driving adoption and retention across our user base. You'll act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback and insights with our product and engineering teams to help shape the future of Jam. We talk to users every single day, and you'll be central to that process. Ideal candidates have experience in a CSM role, preferably at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a technical aptitude to understand developer challenges and workflows.
