Jam.dev is a dev tools company with over 200,000 users, building an AI-powered flight recorder for web apps to help engineers debug issues 80% faster. They have $15M in funding from prominent investors like the CEOs of Vercel, GitHub, and Cloudflare. The company focuses on making engineering more productive with a small, senior team (many ex-early Cloudflare), building tools for builders. We are hiring an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for new business, targeting engineering teams and leaders at companies of various sizes. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, conducting compelling product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You'll work closely with BDRs for lead generation and collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine our go-to-market strategy. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly selling technical products or developer tools. You need strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition to a technical audience.
