Jam.dev is a dev tools company with over 200,000 users, building an AI-powered flight recorder for web apps to help engineers debug issues 80% faster. They have $15M in funding from prominent investors like the CEOs of Vercel, GitHub, and Cloudflare. The company focuses on making engineering more productive with a small, senior team (many ex-early Cloudflare), building tools for builders.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline for our Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and research target accounts and key contacts within engineering organizations.

You will initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels including email, phone, and social media. You'll engage potential customers, qualify their interest and needs, and schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.

Ideal candidates are energetic, results-oriented individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills. An interest in technology, software development, or developer tools is crucial. Prior experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role within a B2B SaaS company is a significant plus.
