Role: Full-Stack Senior Founding Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Overview: As a Senior Founding Engineer, you will be a core part of Jurisphere's early team. You will have the opportunity to significantly shape the product and the engineering culture. This role involves leadership, hands-on development, and rapid iteration to build a best-in-class legal AI copilot.

Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using our tech stack.
* Ship features rapidly and contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle.
* Design and implement robust backend services and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
* Work with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and ensure application scalability and reliability.
* Collaborate closely with the founding team on product strategy and technical direction.

Technical Skill Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development.
* Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
* Strong proficiency in NextJS and TypeScript for front-end development.
* Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
* Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Solid understanding and experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
* Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing).
* Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Familiarity with AI and LLM engineering concepts and tools.
* Experience with large-scale data pipelines and ETL systems.
* Experience with search solutions like Elasticsearch or Solr.
