**What You'll Do / Responsibilities:**
Design and prototype complex user flows – Think through, document, and create interactive prototypes for user journeys.
Implement these flows in frontend code – Develop responsive, accessible, and reusable components using React, Tailwind, and Next.js.
Responsive Design – Ensure UIs work seamlessly across different screen sizes.
Component-Based Development – Build scalable pages using modular components.
Conduct user research – Regularly interview users, analyze feedback, and refine designs based on real-world insights.
Maintain and improve the in-house component library – Ensure consistency, usability, and efficiency in UI development.
