Customer Support Engineer

About The Role: As a Customer Support Engineer at Kaedim, you will be the first point of contact for our users. You will help them navigate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure their success with our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users through various channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our platform
- Gather user feedback and relay it to our product team
- Document support interactions and track resolution times
- Create knowledge base articles and user guides
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical knowledge of our platform (React, NodeJS, Python)
- Familiarity with customer service best practices
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or technical support
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience working with technical products (SaaS preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with remote support tools and methodologies
