About Kaedim: Kaedim is an AI startup revolutionizing the 3D content creation industry by building machine learning algorithms that transform 2D images into digital 3D models. We are a diverse team of engineers and artists working together to create the next generation of tools for 3D digital creators.

About The Role: As a Founding Recruiter at Kaedim, you will be instrumental in helping us find the best talent to grow our team. You will source, screen, and hire engineers, designers, and other key roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical roles
  • Screen and interview candidates to identify the best fits
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and industry networks
  • Work with the founding team to define hiring needs and criteria
  • Manage the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or startups
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements
  • Familiarity with remote hiring processes

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (recruiting experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of successful hires in tech companies
  • Passion for the 3D content creation and AI industries
  • Experience building and scaling teams in startups
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
