About Kaedim:
Kaedim is an AI startup building machine learning algorithms that turn images into digital 3D models. We are a group of ~10 looking to grow the team to help streamline 3D content creation for 3D artists and are already working with 1 of the top 10 games of all time! Using our AI and in-house art team, we have the most accurate, game-ready 2d → 3d asset generation pipeline. Currently, we are offering a 10x speed up to 3D asset creation pipelines of 200+ game developers and we are working with partners like Voodoo, Upland, Azra Games.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Founding Recruiter to join our early-stage team. As our first dedicated recruiting professional, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our talent acquisition function as we rapidly grow our team. You’ll be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across engineering, product, and operations to support our mission of revolutionizing 3D content creation through AI.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
  • Source and screen candidates for various technical and non-technical roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, assessments, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  • Build relationships with passive candidates in the tech and gaming industries
  • Create compelling employer branding materials and job descriptions
  • Implement recruitment analytics to measure and optimize hiring effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop company culture and talent development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

What You’ll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech or startup environments
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and talent landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment technology
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for helping companies build great teams
  • Creative approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
  • Experience in fast-paced, growing organizations

Tech Stack:
Not specifically required, but knowledge of tech recruitment tools is beneficial

Onsite positions available in San Francisco, Singapore, or London with US & UK sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000 annually (depending on experience)
