About the Role:
As a Product Manager at Kaedim, you will own key aspects of our product strategy and execution. You'll work closely with customers (3D artists, game developers), engineers, artists, and leadership to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and launch impactful improvements to our web app and AI pipeline.

Responsibilities:
Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions.
Define product requirements, create user stories, and manage the product backlog.
Collaborate closely with engineering, ML, and art teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Prioritize features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Develop and communicate the product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work on iterating the web app daily based on feedback and strategic goals.
Contribute to defining and building new features to better support customer needs.

Technical Skills:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech startup or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Ability to translate user needs into clear product requirements.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes is highly desirable.
Experience with AI/ML products or tools for creative industries (3D, gaming) is a plus.
