Software Engineer

Kaleidoscope is building the R&D operations platform for ambitious scientific teams, aiming to replace outdated tools like spreadsheets and PowerPoints with a modern platform that improves efficacy and efficiency in scientific research.

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer to join our fast-paced startup environment. You will be instrumental in developing and scaling our core platform, tackling complex engineering challenges related to data management, workflow automation, and visualization for scientific R&D.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software for the Kaleidoscope platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and scientists to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work on challenging problems related to scientific data models, process tracking, and collaboration tools.
- Contribute to a high-quality codebase and engineering best practices.
