Company: Kalvium is revolutionizing B.Tech Computer Science education by rebuilding the 4000-hour curriculum using Generative AI to power self-directed learning through our HEROS platform. We've experienced rapid growth from ~30 employees in 2023 to ~300 today, operate profitably (bootstrapped, default alive), partner with over 24 universities in India, and are expanding internationally with 4-5x yearly growth. Role: This is a unique, senior-level role focusing on exploring and extending the boundaries of Generative AI applications, potentially across various industries beyond education. You will work directly with the Head of Engineering and Co-founders. Responsibilities include leveraging and advancing our AI Agentic workflows, vector databases/RAG systems, model finetuning, and developing rapid prototypes at scale.

Technical Skills Required:
*   Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts and technologies.
*   Experience with AI Agentic workflows, Vector Databases (like Pinecone, Chroma, etc.), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model finetuning (e.g., LLMs).
*   Proficiency in rapid prototyping and scaling AI-driven features.
*   Strong software engineering background.
*   Ability to demonstrate previous work/projects involving GenAI.
