Kingdom Quest is building a cutting-edge, real-world realtime immersive interactive gaming experience set to launch in Autumn 2025 in Austin, TX. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help us 'Build the Kingdom'.

We need an experienced Event Planner to manage the logistical and operational aspects of our unique real-world gaming events.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical aspects of the real-world game experience.
- Source and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operation and a high-quality player experience.
- Liaise with creative teams (set designers, tech teams) to ensure logistical feasibility.
- Handle permitting, safety protocols, and risk management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning and management, particularly for large-scale or complex events.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively during live events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX for on-site management.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with immersive theatre, themed entertainment, or large-scale interactive events.
- Familiarity with event production technology.
- Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
