Business Development Sales Robotics Warehouse Automation
ko-br is building Physical AI for warehouses, solving complex tasks like palletizing, kitting, and pick-and-pack operations. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and identify and close deals in robotics, warehouse automation, and enterprise SaaS.

Our tech lets cobots adapt to mixed SKUs, grip slips, and chaotic environments in real time without reconfiguration or coding. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in robotics and warehouse automation
- Close deals and manage the sales process
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product capabilities and requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for our products
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Proven track record in closing deals in robotics, warehouse automation, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience in partnerships and strategy
- Ability to wear multiple hats across commercial functions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
