The Role: We’re seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join our innovative team. In this position, you’ll work on developing and deploying AI systems that solve complex healthcare challenges. You’ll be part of a small, empowered team building cutting-edge AI products that integrate with our comprehensive healthcare data platform. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to translate complex healthcare problems into innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that extract insights from healthcare data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and features
• Build and maintain AI-first development paradigms
• Create agentic systems that solve real-world healthcare problems
• Stay current with AI research and apply novel techniques to our products
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven experience building agentic AI systems that solve tangible problems
• Deep understanding of AI principles and their application to healthcare challenges
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and healthcare data
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, plus significant equity opportunities. This role offers the chance to make a substantial impact while working with state-of-the-art AI technologies.
