Backend Engineer

Join Larridin, an early-stage, a16z-backed company redefining workplace productivity with AI. We're hiring a Backend Engineer to help build and scale the core platform that powers Larridin’s Workplace Intelligence platform.

You will be responsible for developing highly scalable, event-driven backend systems. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining backend services and APIs, ensuring they meet our performance and reliability standards. You will collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver features that enable managers to make data-driven decisions.

Technical skills required include proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js), experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with event-driven architectures (like Kafka or RabbitMQ) is a plus.
