Join Larridin, an early-stage, a16z-backed company redefining workplace productivity with AI. We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) to build and scale the core platform that powers Larridin’s Workplace Intelligence platform.

In this role, you will develop both the highly scalable, event-driven backend systems and the intuitive user experiences that enable managers to make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining full-stack features, from the database level up to the user interface. You will work across the entire technology stack and collaborate with backend specialists, designers, and product managers.

Technical skills required include proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js) and frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript). Experience with API design, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms is essential. Familiarity with modern web development practices and building scalable applications is expected.
