Staff+ Data Infrastructure Engineer

We are building an AI layer that accurately and scalably synthesizes information from medical records, with the mission to reduce friction everywhere in healthcare.

**About The Role:** As a Staff+ Data Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data platform that powers our AI healthcare solutions. This role requires deep expertise in data engineering and infrastructure to support our growing data needs.

**Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement scalable data pipelines
* Build and maintain our data warehouse and analytics infrastructure
* Optimize data processing workflows for performance and cost efficiency
* Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to develop data solutions
* Ensure data quality, reliability, and security

**Requirements:**
* 6+ years of experience in data engineering
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data processing tools
* Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP preferred)
* Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data architecture
* Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership capabilities

**What You'll Bring:**
* Proven experience building large-scale data systems
* Deep understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes
* Experience with cloud data services (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, etc.)
* Strong background in SQL and data modeling
* Ability to mentor junior data engineers
