**About The Role:** We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our platform. You will be responsible for building relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**
* Onboard new customers and train them on our platform
* Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for improvement
* Gather customer feedback and communicate to product teams
* Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
* Develop and deliver training materials and resources

**Requirements:**
* 4+ years of customer success or account management experience
* Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build relationships and solve problems
* Experience with CRM systems and data analysis
