Solutions Engineer (healthcare/EMR focused)

We are building an AI layer that accurately and scalably synthesizes information from medical records, with the mission to reduce friction everywhere in healthcare.

**About The Role:** We are seeking a Solutions Engineer with healthcare and EMR implementation experience to help our customers successfully deploy and utilize our platform. You will be responsible for demonstrating our technology and helping customers solve complex healthcare challenges.

**Responsibilities:**
* Demonstrate Layer Health solutions to potential customers
* Conduct technical assessments and presentations
* Collaborate with sales and product teams
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Develop industry-specific use cases and best practices

**Requirements:**
* 4+ years of technical sales or solutions engineering experience
* Healthcare industry knowledge and EMR systems experience
* Strong technical background with cloud platforms
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to understand complex technical concepts

**What You'll Bring:**

* Experience with EMR systems (EPIC, Cerner, etc.)
