About Layer Health: Founded by experts from MIT and Harvard Medical School, Layer Health is building an AI layer for medical chart review. We’ve raised $21M Series A and are expanding our customer success team.

About The Role: As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll work directly with our clients to implement and optimize our platform. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in client-facing technical roles, preferably with healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their technical requirements
  • Demonstrate and implement Layer Health solutions in customer environments
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve our platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
  • Develop technical documentation and best practices
  • Serve as a technical advocate for our product

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of client-facing technical experience
  • Strong background in healthcare IT systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Technical expertise in networking, databases, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with healthcare data systems and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Compensation: Competitive base salary + equity package
