Senior Full Stack Engineer (Customer Engineering)

Lightdash, an open-source Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics dashboard, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for its Customer Engineering team. This role combines full-stack development with direct customer interaction. You will be responsible for building and enhancing the Lightdash platform, developing new features, and ensuring the product's quality and scalability, much like a product engineer. However, a significant part of this role involves close collaboration with customers to understand their unique data and BI needs, provide technical solutions, assist with integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support them in leveraging Lightdash to its full potential. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Typescript, React, Node, and SQL, coupled with excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Bonus points are given for experience in data-related companies or projects, or for having been a founding engineer at a startup. Lightdash is a remote-first company with team members distributed across Europe.
