Senior Full Stack Engineer (Customer Engineering)

Lightdash is an open source BI and analytics dashboard company that helps data teams build and manage their analytics infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Customer Engineering team, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining the tools and features that help our customers get the most out of Lightdash.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop features and tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with customer success teams to understand and address customer needs
- Build and maintain debugging and support tools for our customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Lightdash customers
- Work with the product team to implement customer feedback into new features

Required Skills:
- Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL
- Experience in customer-facing roles or debugging complex systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with distributed teams

Ideal Candidate:
- A senior engineer with 5+ years of experience in full-stack development and customer support
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers to define and implement solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
