**About The Role:** We are hiring multiple Software Engineers to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building the next generation of AI phone agents for restaurants. You'll work on complex challenges involving AI agents, integrations, and cross-platform development, making a direct impact on thousands of restaurants and their customers. This is an opportunity to work on innovative technology that's changing the restaurant industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain features for our AI phone agent platform
* Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features
* Optimize application performance and scalability
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies
* Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing
* Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, mobile, and web development

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Proven experience with AI agents and machine learning systems
* Strong background in building integrations between different systems
* Experience with cross-platform development (React Native) is a must
* Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for backend development
* Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
* Experience with databases and data modeling
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
