**About The Role:** As Staff Product Engineer at Lovable, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and product strategy. You'll work closely with stakeholders to define features that enhance our platform and directly implement solutions that improve the user experience. This role combines product leadership with hands-on engineering.

**Responsibilities:**
- Define and prioritize product features based on user feedback and business goals.
- Collaborate with design and research teams to translate concepts into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain the infrastructure for our visual editing environment.
- Develop tools and workflows that enable non-coders to create complex applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and product designers.
- Balance technical feasibility with user needs and business priorities.
- Champion a user-centric approach across the engineering team.

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong product focus.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction without direct authority.
- Experience in building user-facing features and tools.
- Strong technical skills in backend/frontend development (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in product workflows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
