**About The Role:** As Growth Engineer at Lovable, you will design and implement technical solutions to accelerate user acquisition and engagement. You'll analyze data, build experiments, and scale our user base through innovative growth tactics.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and deploy A/B tests to optimize user conversion and engagement.
- Build and maintain analytics infrastructure to track user behavior and product metrics.
- Develop tools and dashboards for growth measurement and experimentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement viral loops and referral programs to increase user acquisition.
- Analyze growth data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize onboarding flows to improve user retention.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth metrics.

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in growth engineering or product marketing.
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and experimentation platforms.
- Background in statistics and data analysis.
- Familiarity with growth metrics and SaaS business models.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
