**About The Role:** As GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineers at Lovable, you will work at the intersection of technology and business development. You'll design and implement technical solutions that support our sales and customer success initiatives, helping to drive adoption and retention of our platform.

**Responsibilities:**
- Build and customize Lovable's features to meet specific customer requirements.
- Develop technical documentation and tools to assist sales and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with sales to demonstrate product capabilities and address technical questions.
- Implement integrations with third-party tools and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Create and maintain knowledge bases and training materials for customers.

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on customer-facing features.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer success or technical pre-sales roles.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
