They reached $30M ARR in 5 months, making them the fastest growing startup in Europe. Their vision is to empower non-coders to build applications and unlock human creativity. The small team (< 30) consists of serial founders, CTOs, designers, and competitive programmers who care deeply about building a great product and shipping fast.

**The Role:**

As a Growth Engineer at Lovable, you will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You will leverage your technical skills to implement growth experiments, build tools, analyze data, and optimize the user funnel. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and data teams to identify opportunities and execute strategies for rapid growth.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other growth experiments across the product and marketing channels.
*   Develop tools and automation to support growth initiatives (e.g., referral programs, onboarding flows, analytics pipelines).
*   Analyze user data to identify growth levers and bottlenecks.
*   Work on SEO, user acquisition funnels, and activation flows.
*   Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate growth features into the core product.
*   Utilize the tech stack (Golang, Rust, Next.js, AWS, Fly.io, Firebase) to build and deploy growth-related projects.

**Ideal Candidate:**

*   Strong software engineering background with experience across the stack (frontend/backend).
*   Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.
*   Experience with growth hacking techniques, SEO, and user funnel optimization.
*   Proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., Golang, Next.js, SQL, Python for data analysis).
*   Creative problem-solver with a focus on achieving measurable growth metrics.
