Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend systems to power our industrial CT scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build APIs and services that enable our AI-driven platform
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability of our backend services
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture to handle large-scale data processing
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
- Experience with distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record of building high-performance backend systems
- Passion for solving complex engineering challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
