Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge research in AI and machine learning applications for industrial CT scanning
- Develop novel algorithms for image processing and defect detection
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve scanner performance and data acquisition
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and improve manufacturing processes
- Publish research findings in academic journals and conferences
- Present research to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Skills:
- Strong background in machine learning, computer vision, or signal processing
- Experience with Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Strong publication record in relevant fields

Ideal Candidate:
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI research
- Proven ability to publish high-quality research
- Experience with industrial applications of AI
- Passion for applying advanced research to solve real-world manufacturing challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
