Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company hardware and software assets
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies
  • Provide technical support to employees across departments
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement solutions
  • Assist in planning and implementing technology upgrades

Required Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
  • Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Familiarity with cloud services and remote access solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • Certification in relevant IT domains (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)
  • Experience with endpoint management and security tools
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
