Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user interfaces for our cloud-based analysis software
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Develop design systems and maintain design consistency
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design expertise
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of interaction design principles
- Familiarity with front-end development basics

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 4+ years of professional UX design experience
- Proven ability to create user-centered designs for complex applications
- Experience with collaborative design processes
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
- Passion for helping engineers make better decisions through intuitive interfaces
