We are looking for mission-driven Software Engineers at all levels (Junior, Mid, Senior, Staff, etc.) who care about building robust systems and want to help shape the future of public safety tech. You'll work on meaningful problems with real-world impact.

Responsibilities:
*   Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across the Mark43 platform.
*   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
*   Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews.
*   Uphold high engineering standards and bring consistency to codebases and processes.

Technical Stack:
*   Java, SQL, AWS, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Terraform.

Ideal Candidate:
*   Passionate about Mark43's mission.
*   Experience building and scaling software systems.
*   Proficient in relevant technologies (Java or TypeScript/React preferred, experience with AWS/Kubernetes a plus).
*   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
