Product Manager (All Levels)

We are looking for mission-driven Product Managers at all levels (Associate, PM, Senior PM, etc.) who are passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into impactful product features. You will own the product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities:
*   Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for your product area.
*   Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis.
*   Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
*   Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products.
*   Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
*   Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future iterations.

Ideal Candidate:
*   Passionate about Mark43's mission and solving problems for first responders.
*   Proven experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or enterprise software.
*   Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
*   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*   Ability to understand technical concepts and work closely with engineers.
*   Experience with agile development methodologies.
