Founding Product Engineer

It is designed to be the most advanced AI personal assistant on the market, surpassing existing voice assistants. We are looking for a Founding Product Engineer to join our team in shaping the product vision and execution.

**Role Overview:** As a Founding Product Engineer at Martin, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the product strategy. You will work closely with the founders to translate user needs into technical requirements and ensure a seamless user experience. This is a founding role with significant equity compensation and the opportunity to have a major impact on the product.

**Responsibilities:**
- Define product features and roadmap in collaboration with the founders
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the product
- Work with the engineering team to implement product requirements
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive product decisions
- Collaborate with the AI team to integrate product features with the AI capabilities
- Ensure the product meets user expectations and business goals

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Engineer or similar role
- Strong background in user experience design and product development
- Experience building and shipping mobile applications (iOS)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for AI and automation
