Software Engineer, Infrastructure

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 plus equity, depending on experience and expertise. We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend systems
- Optimize infrastructure for performance and reliability
- Manage cloud resources and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure system integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools
- Strong understanding of system architecture
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in backend engineering
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
