Role Overview: The Deep Learning Field Engineer role involves applying advanced computer vision and deep learning techniques to solve domain-specific problems in manufacturing and security. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to deploy and optimize AI solutions in real-world environments, ensuring they meet performance and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom deep learning solutions for specific industrial applications
• Collaborate with field teams and customers to understand requirements and constraints
• Optimize existing models for deployment in challenging real-world conditions
• Develop and maintain documentation for model deployment and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production AI systems
• Stay current with advancements in deep learning and apply them to customer challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in deep learning and computer vision applications
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++) with experience in deploying ML models
• Understanding of neural network optimization and quantization techniques
• Experience with model versioning and deployment pipelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in manufacturing processes or quality control
• Experience with industrial camera systems and hardware
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud platforms
