Company: Maxmodus is a well-funded, early-stage startup led by a proven entrepreneur (2 successful exits), building the first multi-agent AI platform to help small business owners reclaim their time and operate with clarity, focus, and purpose. We are headquartered in Long Island, New York.

Role: Lead Solution Architect (Agentic AI Visionary). This is a founding role with equity opportunity. You will lead architecture, agent design, and intelligent workflows for our multi-agent AI system (virtual assistant, process optimizer, reflective coach). You'll work closely with the founder to turn a bold vision into working systems that change how entrepreneurs think and operate.

Responsibilities:
- Design and architect a robust and scalable multi-agent AI system.
- Define agent roles, capabilities, and interaction protocols.
- Develop intelligent workflows leveraging LLMs for task automation, process optimization, and coaching.
- Focus on incorporating NLP and behavioral nudging techniques.
- Collaborate with the founder and engineering team to implement the vision.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Deep understanding and practical experience with agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
- Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT and the OpenAI API.
- Hands-on experience with relevant libraries and tools such as LangChain and AutoGen.
- Strong system design and architecture skills.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Passion for building autonomous, reasoning-based systems.
